A diferencia de mi Desktop, el Cd de minimal de Gentoo arrancó sin ningun problema, ni ningún parametro extra o especial. En un inicio fue una instalación bastante standard, seguí de acuerdo al manual de gentoo (HANDBOOK). Por cierto instale gentoo para x86 no amd64 porque en mi desktop esta instalado para 64 bits, y la verdad si hay algunos inconvenientes con algunas herramientas con las que trabajo como java webstart o flash, hay hacks y formas de superar estos inconvenientes pero nubin/convernca funcionan al 100%. Con flash se cuelga firefox y eso que instale todas las formas posibles.
